My Weight Loss Journey: 6 Days in and I'm Already Seeing Results.

It's been 6 days since I started my weight loss journey, and I'm already seeing great results. On January 1, I set a goal to lose 18 pounds, and I'm doing everything I can to make it happen.

So far, I've been exercising regularly and watching what I eat. I've lowered my carbohydrate intake and increased my good fats. I'm also increasing my fiber intake, and I am keeping a 16:8 intermittent fasting schedule.
