Update: What I am putting in my smoothies now

Here is a list of the ingredients I put in my smoothie on a daily basis. Check with your health professional before starting something new.





⚖️Start with 100mL of unsweetened Organic Almond Milk and 100mL of Macadamia Nut milk

⚖️Pumpkin and Hemp Protein, 17g of each

⚖️Cocoa Powder (organic), 7g

⚖️Electrolytes with Collagen, 5g

⚖️Liposomal Vitamin C, 8mL


⚖️Vitamin B complex - 1 capsule

⚖️Matcha - Japanese green tea, 3g

⚖️Tumeric - 5g

⚖️Spirulina - 2.5g

⚖️Maca - 1g


⚖️Probiotic - Mood, 1 capsule

⚖️ Lion's Mane - 5 drops

⚖️ Tropic Full Spectrum Minerals - 1 capsule

⚖️ 5 HTP - 1 capsule

⚖️ 1 drop of vitamin E (internal use vitamin E only)


⚖️ 1 drop of Iodine

⚖️ Quercetin - 1 capsule

⚖️ CoQ10 by Sisu - 1 capsule

⚖️ Niagen - 1 capsule

⚖️ Selenium - 1 capsule


⚖️ Fish Oil - Omega 3 fatty acids

⚖️ MCT oil - organic, 5mL

⚖️ Olive oil - organic, 5mL

⚖️ Flex Seed, ground, 1-2 teaspoons

⚖️ Sprinkle of Chia Seeds after blended


Use a bin to keep all your supplements in. Add filtered water as needed.
