Sleep is important

Many people have trouble sleeping. Too little or too much sleep can be an indication of health issues like heart disease, sleep apnea, and depression.


Recently, I read this article by Gwen Dewar at parentingscience.com that talked about research done on sleep and longevity.


The researchers found that 7 hours of sleep was ideal. And if people slept less than 7 hours or more they would not live as long as people that slept 7 hours on average.
