Lower your carbs - by lowering carbs, your body needs to burn fat for fuel. It also burns glycogen in muscles, which holds a lot of water with it, which is heavy.
Lower calories - by lowering calories you will burn fat to meet the body's needs for energy consumption.
Increase exercise - increasing exercise increases muscle mass and metabolism, and burns fat
