How can I get shredded in 30 days?

Many people have events coming up in a month or two and want to get in really great shape for the event.

So how can you get shredded in 30 days?

  1. Lower your carbs - by lowering carbs, your body needs to burn fat for fuel. It also burns glycogen in muscles, which holds a lot of water with it, which is heavy.

  2. Lower calories - by lowering calories you will burn fat to meet the body's needs for energy consumption.

  3. Increase exercise - increasing exercise increases muscle mass and metabolism, and burns fat
